Speaking of Sweden, they have an interesting saying there.
Sweden is the number one most Americanized country in the world. America is number two.

God, so atrocious in the Old Testament, so attractive in the New--the Jekyl and Hyde of sacred romance.
-Mark Twain
If people are good only because they fear punishment and hope for reward, then we are a sorry lot indeed.
-Albert Einstein
Baaahahaha! Funny.
The only thing I really know about Sweden is what I gathered from my perception of Maria, a girl I used to work with on a boat about 13 years ago. She was very smart and down-to-Earth. She didn't like my cooking, though- too spicy. Black pepper was too spicy. She told me, "In Sweden, everything is beige. Even the food."
Spammer Spanker
Lol no we don't. Thats the most stupid thing I ever heard. Must be a saying over in America only.
Sweden is very "humanitarian", Sweden was 1 of 4 countries that sanctioned the South African apartheid ending the nazi like regime.
And yes there are Swedish weapons in the US army but most are defensive. There is only one offensive that I know of, the Carl Gustav Rocket launcher.
In 1876, Alexander Graham Bell was awarded the first patent for the telephone.
The laboratory of Thomas Edison developed the phonograph, the first long-lasting light bulb, and the first viable movie camera.
In the early twentieth century, the automobile companies of Ransom Olds and Henry Ford pioneered assembly line manufacturing.
The Wright brothers, in 1903, made what is recognized as the "first sustained and controlled heavier-than-air powered flight."[104]
During World War II, the United States developed nuclear weapons, ushering in the atomic age.
The space race produced rapid advances in rocketry, material science, computers, and many other areas.
The United States largely developed the Arpanet and its successor, the Internet. Americans enjoy high levels of access to technological consumer goods.
The country is the primary developer and grower of genetically modified food; more than half of the world's land planted with biotech crops is in the United States.
Not only that, but I bet I can play Ultimate better than you.
Those are inventions from America and its a lot more than that. But its not typical American, what I mean is big cars et c.
Even Sweden have its list of those things.
Tetra Pak
The Separator and the Milking Machine
The Ball Bearing
The Propeller
The Zipper
The Safety Match
Dynamite
The Turbo Engine for Cars
The Adjustable Spanner
All those things come from Sweden. But is the Zipper a typical Swedish thing? Is the propeller or Turbo Engine? No its not.
Typical Swedish stuff are Dancing around a big green thing called maj stång.
it's why when people ask me where i am from, i say "earth".

baby ya hustle. but me i hustle harder.
not me i'm proud to be in this country. my grandparents worked their asses off to get here and i'm sure your ancestors dealt with some horrible shit to come here.
and despite all the bad things we have done, and despite what anybody thinks or says, many a great things have come out of this country, and nobody can deny it.
baby ya hustle. but me i hustle harder.
On certain sites I see Americans and Europeans flaming eachother over the stupidest things. For instance, which is better, "American football" or "football". People get so pissed over the NAME of it and both Americans and Europeans make fun of the other for it. And yes, I read many American comments making fun of Canadians, but vice versa too.
It's really so unfortunate that Americans, Canadians, British people, and Australians can't get along better than we do. The reasons some of us flame eachother online are ALWAYS for the dumbest reasons like that. You can flame my government, and I can flame yours, but you can't flame the person because of their government.
Why can't we just be friends? Sounds stupid but there is no reason not to be.
And I want to do study abroad in Sweden because I think Swedish girls are mad cute. Maybe people from different countries should start ****ing eachother more often and realize we can actually have a lot of fun together. I think that would be a good thing.
Sorry, but if you believe the US caused 9/11 you aren't just borderline mentally retarded, but also ignorant. I can't be bothered to go into specifics because A) It would involve common sense which you are already lacking, and B) The amount of information is too vast.
Did we attack Iraq for the oil? I don't think we did. Why? Without going into specifics, let's at least recognize that there is an assload of oil in Alaska. It would probably be a tad bit easier to drill for oil there than in Iraq. Also, why didn't we support the Shiites in the south in the first Iraq war, who live in the south where most of the oil fields are? We let them get slaughtered and didn't back them up! We could have had so much oil and we would have been SUPPORTIVE.
And why did we just fight Iraq once in the early 90s and pull out? We thought we wanted oil then, then a few months in decided we didn't and left?
Colin Powell had plans that Bush rejected in the early stages of war planning to support the Shiites like we didn't do in the first Iraq war and form an enclave around southern Iraq and also a similar situation with the Kurds in the north. This would have given us almost all of Iraqs oil access. Bush wanted to hit the Sunni section too and do some nation building.
First Afghanistan, then Iraq. If Iraq wasn't such a **** up it would have been Iran next. Seriously, THAT was the reason for going to war, not oil. Bush was crusading against his axis of evil. Anyone claiming the war was strictly about oil, have you ever read ANY books that give quotes from top American leaders and military leaders? It was more like a horrible power trip. I think a well placed assassin's bullet would have better served all 3 countries.
I think the reason some Americans get angry at other countries (by this I really mean our enemies) because they forget that we ARE in fact a superpower and our countries leaders need to remind rogue nations that we CAN **** them up if they are going to be radically anti-American (talking about Iran, North Korea). Today they get away with all the shit they do because we let them walk all over us.
If I didn't live in the US, I would definitely live in Canada (can't say anything about England or Australia because I've never been there). This is likely true for just about every other American.
It's called football not soccer. American football is called American football. The Entire world calls soccer football. From Mexico to Shanghai, its FOOTBALL not soccer please understand it.
That video is a parody made in Swedish television. But that red wooden horse is a typical Swedish thing called "Mora häst".
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
baby ya hustle. but me i hustle harder.
lol
I never knew Paris Hilton was Swedish...
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?
i just want to say that just because a vast amount of people believe a thing to be true does NOT necessarily make it true. with that said, i still believe 9/11 is a terrorist attack, though i believe bush took it too far by invading iraq.
and for people who think i say that because i'm "too afraid to believe the government would do a bad thing" is bull. the government has done plenty of bad things: watergate, japanese internment camps, killing indians, discrimination and racism. the whole "bush killed americans in 9/11" is a conspiracy just as much as the conspiracy behind JFK and RFK. i hear people basing their ideas on bush's "set-up" based on his reaction of when he heard the news about WTC while he was in the elementary school. he "wasn't shocked" when he heard about it, therfore he planned it. that's bull. i wasn't shocked about 9/11 when it happened because you see major disasters happen in movies, but that doesn't mean i was involved in the 9/11 "set-up". then people contradict themselves when they say that "bush is an idiot" yet also say that "bush set up 9/11". it would take a great deal of intelligence to successfully pull of 9/11 if it were a set up.
as i said before, if 9/11 was a set-up to have us invade the middle east for oil and paint the culprits as Al Qaeda, then you could basically assume that the attacks in Spain and Great Britain were actions by the Bush Administration to "prevent them from aquiring oil." i could hear someone who believe is the "set-up theory" simply make up the fake reason i just wrote, make people to believe it's true because they hate Conservatives or Republicans, then spread it until it becomes a widespread idea to try to make people believe it's true.
