I'd take Blue over that Indian girl...sure the Indian girl is damn hot, that's the first time I've ever said that about an Indian girl. I've never been attracted to one, but that one doesn't look anything Indian until I read it.

But I have a feeling blue is more down to earth and real. Plus she's a cutey.

Didn't your high school teacher tell you that Wikipedia isn't an adequate source of information? Plus the noble prize isn't a good indicator of how well the "masses" are doing.

Fortunately the information I linked you too is what can be considered "common knowledge" and easily verified. Does it really matter if you got it from Wikipedia or CNN? No

Asians try hard. They probably spend twice as much time studying as the white kids, of course they will do better on tests when they care so much

Obviously having a bunch of nobel prize winners beats educating the masses.

Of course I'm more down to earth than Aishwarya Rai. I wasn't Miss World, nor do I make millions in Bollywood films. Nor am I as hot as that.

I'm still okay with me, though. I wasn't born hideous or stupid.

No, having a smarter top 2% is better than everyone being a really good number crunching mechanical human calculator

And...is that a bad thing? There's no such thing as innate knowledge. So...it is through hard work that anyone can accomplish anything.

Can 2 percent of the population sustain a country? No.

The only reason the asian kids do so well is because their parents force them to. It's not because they're 'smarter' or anything.

In fact, I remember this one girl in my class (asian) was always competing for top marks with me. She used to tell me how she was supposed to study every night for at least three hours. I laughed at her because I'd still beat her marks, and I pretty much never studied at all, because I didn't have to. Sucker.

While that's the extreme, I do think Asians are smarter than white people on average, their good work ethic aside

Asian parents does force their kids to study. Its one of those distinctive values that asian culture have. What can I say? Asians very much value hard work and success. Laziness is probably the most shameful thing to us.

Yeah I'm an Asian guy and I'm into whites, jews, indians, latinos, and asians. Yeah, basically everyone.

As for Asians working hard. Well, it really pays off when you get into one of the top colleges... As for myself, I had always resisted parental pressure to study. It was actually peer pressure that finally got me working, and eventually finding a love for learning. It became an innately driven peer competition, and general drive to success.

Yet regardless, I have to admit I dislike the part of Asian culture in which your parents have a large influence into what you eventually become.

First of all, it was a joke, and you're looking too deeply into it.

Secondly, 3 of the 5 active Mods are some part asian.

That's what I was referring to.
