I thought it was just, since DM has his pictures in the gallery. I guess if he changed his mind about all that he should have them deleted from the gallery too... seemed like he was whining because of that... and I'm sure if Ladynisha photoshopped a picture of DM eating her out/fornicating, he wouldn't mind that... would he?

I don't think "whining" is the appropriate word to use for a legitimate complaint, and honestly, I think YOUR violation was the worst of all.

Also, so far as I know, a person doesn't have the ability to delete their own photos from the gallery.

Really? Well, that should be fixed. Ppl can delete their posts & entire threads if they started them, so photos should be possible.

If you uploaded them through something like Photobucket, tho, and the photo is just via a link then you can always rename or delete the file from the source program.
