They range around the 30K+ these days. Crazy. You can ask DM. Scholarships are good if you can get them. Do your undergrad in Oz and apply to a US graduate/professional program.

Hertha Mueller - A woman born in Romania in a Schwab family - her father was SS man and was proud of that . It`s a depressed(ing) woman,like her poetry. It`s all I`ve heard
