Can be for a variety of reasons. He might be playing games because he was told to do so to attract girls. Or, he might not be into you. You may be a great catch and very beautiful but people have their own preferences and you can't appeal to everyone.

I understand how it feels to let her go.
She's always making excuses, she's already said no to me for more than 10 times. I even asked her out in person but she turned down my offer. I love her and don't want to realize that someday I'll just have to stand up and move on. I need her. She's already given me so much pang by crashing down my hopes, saying yes and then again no and stuff. That's now the most heartbreaking thing to realize that I won't see her for the whole summer until the beginning of the new academic year in the university.
Yeah, I still love her and want to be with her. I want to die for her, I want to sacrifice myself for her, I want to do whatever she wants, I want to be her dog, her slave, I love her...
