This makes me sick just reading this; I remember a French guy in graduate school who was like this.

Anyway, a little known fact is that your tonsils can be a source of bad breath. Esp if you don't floss your teeth. Your tonsils have little pockets in them can can fill up with food that bacteria then digest (which makes the nasty smell). Google "tonsil stones" if you think you have this problem & consider getting your tonsils out if its really bad or you get a lot of sore throats.

Gross; but a common, treatable problem w/a little care & hygene.

True story: Sitting in a booth at a Chinese restaurant in San Francisco, having green tea, reading the paper, waiting for my pressed duck, anticipating a hot tub I'll be taking at the spa across the street after finishing dinner. From the booth next to mine, a wadded-up napkin arcs over the divider and lands on my paper. After inspecting it for cooties of any kind, I open it to see a note. "Do you like cheese?" it read. Perplexed, I raised my head over the divider to see two young things snickering at each other in the next booth. I write, "Sure do" on the napkin, wad it up and toss it back over. A moment later it comes flying over to my side again. I open it. it Reads: "I like Fromunda cheese." Now, I'd spent a lot of my college days waiting tables at a cheese and fondue restaurant in Chicago where all the help was obliged to attend weekly wine and cheese classes, and I'd never heard of this cheese. So, I write, "What kind of cheese it that?" and toss the napkin back over. A moment later, it flies back over. I open it to read, "Cheese from under the head of your c*ck!"

So. Guess how many people went to the hot tub after dinner?

For those who don't already know, the term for the 'cheese' we're talking about here is "smegma."

I've begun to do this myself, especially when I go to the bar after smoking a lot beforehand. I'm sure bad breath is a big turn-off for most people. For example, I was in class the first week of school this year, and a really pretty girl came and sat next to me. We hit it off, but then I smelled something really horrible. Even funnier, she had about 5 pieces of gum in her mouth, and continued to pack them in every couple minutes. But her breath was beyond awful, I almost gagged right in front of her.
