I learned today all women should find an aussie guy to marry. Easiest going bunch of men (who are still men) to be found on the globe.

I remember when I studied abroad in Aussie.

You are damn right, Indi. Lucious.

Nish, I find green tea helps me a lot. Cleans the body out.

Trouble is, none of them want to leave Oz. I don't blame them.

It dawned on me today that I need to stop evaluating things and look for feedback. After the beak up I've become some kind of a reception freak, I wasn't like that before and I need to stop being like that. I just need to act, do and say what needs to be said without over evaluating how that might be received. I need to trust more my intuition.

I do have a cold. It wasnt on my chest until I hyperventilated last night. Now I have a scratchy feeling on my chest and it's uber annoying.

I was just responding to Indig Dm lol. I am not enjoying this one bit.

I've found that when I drink soup in the morning I feel a ton better. But you know when you eat too much of a certain thing and the thought of it makes you sick? Well, yea that's how I feel about it. I've tried to eat it even though I felt sick for eating it and I couldn't finish it. I barely even eat. I lost like 9 pounds so far. I feel horrible.
Does your doctor know you have lost 9 lbs? The loss of a few lbs during early pregnancy isn't a big deal, but 9 lbs could indicate a significant problem for the baby. I can't believe they didn't draw blood. Labs results can usually be had by the following day.

Are you seeing a real doctor, or perhaps a midwife?

    Nah she's a doctor.

They just drew blood from me last week and my next appointment with the doctor is next tuesday. So I guess if I have any sickness or problems I will be finding out about them.

She doesn't know that I've lost 9 pounds but I added it up because I was at 215 until the first visit which was the 22nd of May. I think it may have something to do with my lack of interest with eating.

Yup prenatal vitamins and they do nothing for me but make me feel more sick. They used to help me feel better but now they are no help.

I've finally met enough Aussie men to make the comparison with North American guys.

I notice Aussie guys still seem to have a preference for assertive caucasian women (more european-type, not big fat american type). I think its b/c they aren't afraid of them, and find asian women too submissive/docile. Of course, I'm speaking in generalities here.

Guess that's what I meant about men who are still men. The aussies guys seem genuinely proud of being married to strong, vibrant women instead of finding them intimidating.

The thing about Canada is that so many people are blends of various ethnicities. I've met women from all over the world. I've met ppl from romania, poland, lithuania, yes, even russia come to think. The thing I am always impressed with is their appreciation for education, for themselves and their children. Especially in math & science. I think the standards in East Urp are waaay higher than here.
