I'm not (though I do train 12 hours a week). I can just be really vain. The way my body works my body fat stores itself around my waist, so if I want my 6-pack to show I can't be any higher than 8%. At 6% I look my best. I'm 10% now and there is a little bit of flab down there thats been bothering me.

I went all over Utah in a motorhome... it was so gorgeous! You should definitely go sometime - don't forget to go to Bryce Canyon and do some boating on the Green River. And you are big on hiking, and you can do that everywhere.
