OV, I think you're barking up the wrong tree about young women & sexual experience, BTW. Instead of berating them, why don't you try to sell them on the idea of developing good longterm relationship skills? Get them to invest in the benefits of a strong, stable relationship for 20 years or so? Then, once the kids are grown (or someone dies, or whatever) the woman can then go & sow her wild oats.

I know its a reversal of the norm, but whyever not? At that age (40s, 50s) a mature woman need not remarry or even get that heavily invested in an LTR. If she worked hard earlier, she'd be wealthy, intelligent, experienced, educated... why should she need ANOTHER permanent partner to feel self-fulfilled? But she couldn't be considered a 'useless whore' by any means, could she, having already invested a couple decades in a career, husband, raising children, etc.

Just an alternative viewpoint to think about.
Well, that is an interesting point of view. I don't feel like I am scolding them. Just debating. I am assuming you mean a 20 year old stable relationship built with someone not much older? Why would I try and push the idea of developing long term relationship skills?

Oh and yes, young people should learn more about the opposite sex. I took the first step by coming here, loveforum, where lots of well educated and experienced women hang around.

Exactly, someone your own age. It is, despite all us 'oldies' complaints (mostly tongue-in cheek), a really great learning experience. The idea, btw, isn't that unique. I've been reading articles about 'renewable contract' type marriages for several years now. They tend to suggest 10 years, which is a bit short from the viewpoint of raising children. 15 - 20 would be more suitable, IMO.

No real reason, that was just an off-the cuff remark. I guess I meant it as a monogamous relationship selling point, personal growth, yada yada, assuming you were interested in such.

My ex boyfriend told me about while he was a virgin he would spend hours reading up on all sorts of ways to have good sex then he would practice delaying his orgasm. Whatever books he read they were gold. You never would have been able to tell by looking at him either. Smart guys can surprise you

I noticed that really REALLY young people come around here looking for sexual advice and fishing for compliments which is given to them whole-heartedly. Its awesome to find out what makes girls/guys tick so youre a stallion in bed but I hate giving advice to active kiddies, its like giving them a pat on the back

What? a Contract marriage. I think that is a bit crazy. What would be the benefit of that. I mean you could just divorce if things get bad anyways. You mean a great leaning experience for a woman who dates someone around her own age will have learned something in the process? Don't we offer more? haha

I think the benefit is supposed to be preventing the stagnation that happens in a lot of marriages b/c ppl get lazy about putting effort into their relationship. Kinda like the phone companies that start offering you awesome deals when your term contract is almost up. So I've read. I'm in the 'bonded for life' contract.

however, like some men, i can do all the above, and then leave without waking you up in the morning because i have to be somewhere in the morning.

I don't think there's anything wrong with being interested in older guys.

If a guy is younger than me, I just wouldn't be able to date him or have sex with him.

I think older guys are just more attractive because I don't know, it feels like they're more mature.

If the guys is that much older though, more than 8 years older is a little too old. I wouldn't feel comfortable with a guy that much older than me.

No wonder college isn't quite the paradise people make it out to be for freshman. All the sophomore, junior, and senior girls are already older than you! And half the freshman girls too. That really narrows things down now, doesn't it

But in all seriousness, yeah you'd probably have a lot of fun with the older guy
