Bothered by a guy (loooooong!!!)

I didnt see him this afternoon at work, I wasnt sure whetehr to go to the police but when i got to my car there was a note under the wiper from him..basically saying he's sorry and could we maybe go out for dinner tonight to talk it over..(lol) but he understands if i dont want to just yet.
It made me realise just how f*cking deluded he really is so i called in at my local police station on the way home.
The police officer i spoke to was actually the same one who came out the other night when i disturbed the person at my house. He looked at all the messages on my phone and the missed calls, i had also printed off the emails and showed him both letters.
He advised me that the best course of action would be for officers to go and have talk with him. I did say that I was worried that could make things worse but he said after everything that had happened, it needed to stop. He did also suggest that the person in my house could actually have been him..which really freaked me out, so they are going to ask him about that too.
Their going over there this evening and will either call round or phone me afterwards.

I feel a bit better now

Dude, I don't know how things are across the pond, but in the States, that bastard would've had a harrassment report filed on him the minute he followed you to you car and blew up on you...

Call the effin' cops man... Unless you want to wait until after he rapes you.

And no, I'm not making a flippant joke about rape, I've been there. Grow some balls and do it already. You did nothing to lead this guy on, and even if you did, NO one has the right to harrass another...

If you don't report his ass he could do this to another girl and then possibly hurt her, even if he doesn't hurt you.... You have a responsibility to do that at least.

I think ive made things much worse

Apparently the police went round to his this morning(they havnt phoned me to inform me like they said they would)

The road leading to my work entrance is really narrow and can only fit one car down it..by chance i ended up driving down the lane behind him- he saw me and stopped his car(its a deserted half mile in length country lane) so i had to stop behind him, he gets out(i lock my doors) and starts shouting at me saying how could i get the police involved and im a bitch(all the usual insults) this lasted about 5 mins so i held my hand on the horn and eventually he got back in his car and drove on.

What the hell have i got to do to make him leave me alone. I mustve slept about 2 hrs last night. Hes making me not want to go to bed and when i do i cant sleep through paranoia.
I feel sick to the stomach now and seriously wish i could quit my job(i cant and wont though)
