False, as I generally can remember important things. Though, when it comes to things that aren't super important I DO often have to remind myself somehow. For example, if I wanted to remember to take a picture of something I want to post later to my Instagram.... if I don't set some kind of reminder I am very likely to forget. So, you can see that isn't anything IMPORTANT per se, but still something I want to remember.
