My gf's parents cooked another nice meal for us yesterday, prawn skewers, mushrooms and fish it was yummy.
What I'm planning to do is cook something nice for them next time i see them to return the favour, what do you think of the idea? Today I perfected a creamy mushroom pasta recipe, which I'm thinking of cooking for them the weekend after. If anyone's interested below is the recipe:
1. Boil pasta separately
2. Fry up chicken in butter on a frying pan until tender cooked
3. Add sliced musrooms and garlic
4. When above is ready add mozzarella cheese
5. Add thickened cream, creamy mushroom sauce and a bit of sour cream, stir for 3 minutes
6. Serve pasta with above and with parmesian cheese while still hot
