god I hate stomach flu's. I, too, have thrown up, get this, nothing but water. Just see-through watery goo. I couldn't eat, so no food at all. All that when we were in the car bringing my bf to the airport. He held my hair back, when he'd only known me for a week...
hope you feel better soon miso.
so, my back is feeling better. i think i was having like, crisis mode or something.
i've been swimming and stair climbing again and it's helping. the exercise is definitely helping with the stress, which in turn helps ease the pain.
i would still give anything to be sedated for a while though.
baby ya hustle. but me i hustle harder.
I have Xanax.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?
i haven't tried that. is it good or what?

It's for anxiety. It makes you lethargic. Addictive, though.

wow, addicted to lethargy. i would really dig myself in deep with that.

personally i hate things that make me lethargic, i'm much more of an active person. but then again, when your back is in pain, you don't have the desire to move around.

how about some prescribed(or non prescribed...) ganja? I hear its great for back pain.
doesn't ganja sound like a nasty foot infection that you'd get between your toes.

Miso, I was just talking to someone who got one of those inversion contraptions a couple weeks ago. Made me think of you. She swears by it. Apparently it relieves the compression on the disks b/t the vertebrae.
Second thoughts can generally be amended with judicious action; injudicious actions can seldom be recovered with second thoughts.
