to be VERY honest, it is going GREAT!
i've just ended week 4, and 8 more to go!
i havn't had a SINGLE drop of Soda, and have been eating plenty of vegetables and fruits, i've been eating cereal every morning, and wheat bagels with cream cheese...
...i've been swimming, running, and lifting weight, EACH, twice per week...
i'm was kind of tired yesterday morning, and my body was aching, so i decided to rest, and this morning, i went swimming for 20 minutes, and then played some basketball with a HS basketball coach, he was good!
i think i will take a break from working out this weekend - and go swimming on Monday, and Run on Tuesday.........
.......and Nothing on Wednesday, because i have an Exam
but after that, Spring Break Vacation Starts
I will not be having much of a vacation, cos i'll be preparing for M 18.
EDIT: and that just about sums up the weeks ahead for me![]()

rk, ever since you started this thread, i went swimming twice a week. the first two or three times my muscles felt very sore afterwards but meantime i can swim for about an hour without getting sore anymore. feels great. i still smoke too much, but not even half as much as before – so thank you for opening this thread, i haven't been able to stick to any kind of physical work out in years.

hey iv been working out 3 times per week since last week ... 1 day of rest and then again a workout ... i noticed i regained most of my old physique extremely fast ... now i think im ready to koin the gym and improve alot more ... i need to because after 1 or 2 semester of this major im going to police tech ... so i need to be in peak physical condition ... so thats no more smoking and drinking for at least 6 months before the test ... so thats why ill take 6 months or a year in another tech and in the meanwhile ill just workout like crazy ... yes here in canada you need to go to college to be a police officer ... i heard in some states you can apply to it right after HS ... but i bet the cops over there are lot more currupted and crappy than here .

....on second thought, this might be a bad idea... people usually like to work out alone, and those who like to pair up, have allready done so......
just do some pushups, and use the machines i guess.........
