Well someone brought up a good point about her family situation... her parents were going through a divorce last spring and her mom turned into a raging alcoholic and her dad became Hitler. Didn't think of that at first, but almost definitely had some bearing on the situation.

And I'm not about to leave her now, she's perfect (well, except for the obvious problem). And I wasn't completely aware of the situation until we were pretty deep in the relationship. It will take more than that to change my feelings about her.

And while I appreciate all this discussion, I am merely asking how to get past the sitaution, not whether or not I should dump her. I realize her past is wrong and more importantly, so does she. It's done and over with, it doesn't change who she is as a person.

Now.. anyone care to address my original query?
