yup I was right,Its rape cus those girls cant legally consent. that age should be 16 I think.But its not so legally unless they are 18 its rape even if they ask for it,cus they cant lagally ask or consent.

Rape is a strong word though. Yes, they are having sex illegally, but thats what they CHOSE to do. The guy didnt force himself upon them. So why is rape the word used in these situations? Isnt "rape" when you force yourself upon someone and force sex on to them? Thats not whats goes on when the girl is having sex willingly.

I know what you mean,I personally think those laws are unfair. I'm close friends with a 16 year old and would be dating her except for those laws. I didn't know it was illegall to even date a 16 year old until recntly.

But below a certain age, the law decides that she is too young to appreciate her decision to have sex, so just like I said before, she is treated just like a falling down drunk, a severely retarded girl or an insane girl.
