Don't ask her if you can meet her again, tell her you'll be on skype again at such and such a time and ask her to meet you on skype then. Don't say can I skype again soon.
Play it by ear when you ask her to meet up. If it's going well then make it sooner rather then later. i'd not ask after one skype in though. I think I'd be too soon if it was me.
It's going well so far. Take it one contact at a time and no expectations or investing emotionally too soon.

So 2-3 Skypes then ask for a meet? I thought it might be soon but what the hell do I know about girls..I'm not even sweating about a possible meet. It sucks that I just KNOW I'd be interesting in person for all these girls on the site to meet with, but the messages and phone calls are backbreakers..

No not 2 - 3 skypes in. Play it by ear and if she's keen and appears to be into you then ask her at 2 or 3. If you're having a hard time reading her interest then take a few more but definately ask to meet. Best to get a yes or no so you don't waste months thinking that eventually you'll meet but in reality she has no intentions of ever doing that.

Did she use the words "Not a relationship" or is that your interpretations of the above?

She actually said she was seeing someone but she didn't know where they stand. She said she didn't think they were in a relationship since they weren't official at any point in the months she's seen him...
