You're welcome. I still suggest checking your BMI instead of guessing as to whether you are healthy or not and/or seeing a physician. You can also become heavier by increasing your muscle mass and maybe taking creatine albeit I'm not sure what health cautions you should be aware of there. Muscle is heavier than fat. Maybe you should ask your girlfriend if it's the weight, the look, or the girth that she prefers. If it's the weight, maybe you can just become a body builder instead. If it's the girth, maybe you can go with the pillow idea.
