While in this, ask her on a "date": tell her you would like to hang out with her.

In the date be flirty but not too much.

At any point between the middle and the end of the "date" tell her how you feel again and tell her that you can't take it anymore, you have to be with her or cut contact.

(This would be even more effective if you kiss her before telling her that you like her and that you can't control yourself)

-> This might get you the girl. If it doesn't, he likes her boyfriend more and if that happens there's little you can do so just cut contact.

im not too sure if there is a chance of us hanging around together much right now. Ive joked about taking her out. But i dont think she'd be too comfortable with that..
