I disagree, there are different stages of development and socialization. A kindergarden baby in an adolescent crowd, an adolescent in teenage crowd, a teenager in a 20 something crowd, a 20 something in 30 something crowd and so on are all fish out of water. The gaps in age related interests, age articulation and age development are enormous. I prefer not to look down on people younger than me (like teenagers), they ofcourse can know something that I don't. But experience gap related to age between us will always be huge.
