Breakfast: 2 packets of Oatmeal and coffee.
Lunch: Angus Bacon and cheese with a large fry, drink and small McFlurry.
Dinner: Western Bacon Cheese burger, large fry and large cookie dough shake.

Wow, when I look at what I ate, its no wonder my body just feels blah today. That's more garbage than I eat in a week -.- I really need to get back to a better diet. It will never show on the outside, but I am sure its going to tank me on the inside.

Sooo Eric. Give me some. I want your fries and your McFlurry and your Angus... maybe you can throw in a bike too? Yah?

I've been eating a lot of garbage too. I don't know what kind of diet to follow though.

A vanilla bean mini scone and a caramel brulee latte from Starbucks. Still hungry.
So, so you think you can tell Heaven from Hell,
    blue skies from pain.
Can you tell a green field from a cold steel rail?
    A smile from a veil?
Do you think you can tell?
And did they get you to trade your heroes for ghosts?
    Hot ashes for trees?
Hot air for a cool breeze?
    Cold comfort for change?
And did you exchange a walk on part in the war for a lead role in a cage?

Triple grande vanilla latte with whip. It's been so long since I've indulged in my all-time favorite beverage. With the boyfriend leaving for so long, I needed a pick-me up. And a blueberry muffin

had been writing a diary of how i feel and what i eat lately and i have to say eating certain foods like wheat really do make me feel like shite. omega oils really helped to get rid of my headaches.

breakfast:organic: spinich soup, 2 cloves organic garlic, parsley to nutralize the garlic breath and organic flax oil. orange juice, nettle tea.
then took my daily supplements: organic: handful of chlorella, udo's choice caps, vit c, passiflora herb, fish oil omega.

lunch: organic ceasar salad without croutons

dinner: organic poached salmon and side salad with 4 cups of organic chamomile tea

snack: organic chocolate ice cream yumm

later i'll have some organic nuts and then take more udo's and fish oil and then bedtime with a cup of organic lavendar and chamomile tea
Work like you don't need the money. Love like you've never been hurt. Dance like nobody's watching

Last time I checked, all food is Organic.

    organic |ôrˈganik|
    adjective
1 of, relating to, or derived from living matter

Do you mean pesticide-free? That is different, and healthy.
