False, but I had a little bit of a thing last week. I had what felt like the precursor to a full blown cold or flu. I could feel my throat STARTING to get sore, had a bit of a cough coming on, stuffy, and all that. But... somehow it apparently never took full hold of me and, thankfully, passed me by before I ever fully got sick. Knock wood that remains the case and it doesn't come back around, but strangely enough this time I felt it coming on, but then it just went away.

The person below me has some kind of movie/theater quality costume. (By that, I mean something that isn't just a Halloween costume you could buy at Spirit Halloween, but something that actually looks like it could have come from a movie/TV show or professional stage play.)

True... I have a Marie Antoinette costume that I got from a vintage costume shop for a dress up party years ago.

False. I wear glasses. I even have contacts as well.... but I like my glasses. They are part of my look. So, the contacts are just for cosplay. Much easier for when I have to wear a mask. I can actually see that way.

False. I have always hated Valentine's Day. Not even just when I am alone. Even when I had somebody, I've always hated Valentine's Day. Don't get me wrong. When I've had somebody, I DO celebrate it with them. I'm not going to be THAT guy. But, that holiday, at least as we celebrate it these days, is just such a BS Hallmark holiday that gives more grief than it does spread love. It gives grief to people who are alone because they have nobody on a day that throws love in your face. It gives grief to those who DO have somebody because they are under pressure to do something special. NOT a fan of the holiday at all.

But... this may be the first time (or possibly second, I forget where my head was at last year) I have ever spent Valentine's Day alone and fine with it. I won't say HAPPY about it. I'd like to have somebody. But, I'm content by myself... which for me is pretty unprecedented territory. So, I may imagine up a little special something (even if just relaxing with a romantic comedy movie) to do for MYSELF.
