tooxshort/artyemi---all this talk about 'food'. So, what's for lunch today? I was watching this stupid movie on TV - Kongfu Hustle. Really idiotic but loads of fun. Kongfu aside, I'de like to be able to slice carrots/onions like the chefs do. Machine-gun chopping style.
if Yan can cook, you can too. Remember that show?? it's funny!!!
korean beef?? haha..
i'll stick to north american for now.
for lunch today, i'm meeting with this guy i met at a party. i have no idea where we're going for lunch though.. some place called miracle of the science. strange name. i hope it's not some christian science monitor thing.
well, back to work..![]()
"Ogres are like onions."
Artyemi---Yeah, I vaguely remember him and the wok.
I watched this movie a long time ago about cooking and relationships. It's in mandarin, called "Eat Drink Man Woman". Brilliant. Rent it if you haven't yet seen it.

There's another one to add to my "food" movie list.
Another one I've been meaning to watch is Tampopo (Japanese about noodle soup). Well, we've been meaning to watch Tampopo for a while, but this week is so packed with independant actitivities.![]()

whoa.. like i said, i haven't eaten korean food in a long time. me, and i will eat the kimchee and what not.
as for korean girls.. mmmm, well they taste alright. girls vary by taste depending on what types of foods they eat, and if they're a vegetarian or not. those are the best.

"Ogres are like onions."
Illusional/Artyemi----After reading your comments, you've put me off korean bbq lunches for awhile. Bleeewwwwhh :-(
but it wasn't me who started it. it was, it was.. it was...
"Ogres are like onions."
Artyemi---Yah well okay, I started the Korean topic by talking about lunch. Just lunch. And it escalated into a tasting session. It brings to mind those Japanese meals where men eat sushi off a naked woman lying in the middle of the table.
Uuughghg. I think I'll switch to Burger King this week.
havent had a jap girl tho ... but is that "sushi off a naked woman" thing common? I've only seen it on the Surreal Life ...

hrmm.... honestly i've only seen this sushi thing in the movie "the last samurai" with dolph lungred (sp) and brandon lee. anyhow, other than the surreal life, i have seen a sign for this taking place. unfortunately it was at a strip club and i'm not about to partake in eating anything off a stripper.
