Relax, I was kidding. It seems pretty obvious that you don't know much about BC, though. First Nations people are far from the largest minority, here. That would be Asians. Not just oriental ones, either, but people from India, central Asian countries like Pakistan, and the Middle East, if you count that (I do). Canada actually has one of the highest immigration rates in the world; if you judge per capita, it's higher than in the United States, and they place a very high value upon racial tolerance, here.

I've actually never heard of anyone saying the culture here is imported from the East Coast. If anything, people would say West Coast USA.
