i am confused about her behavior

i had crush on girl. we often talk on phone (almost daily for half hour ) i ask her for a date. she agrees for that but later on she cancel at last moment. the same thing happen two times. Both time she apologies for cancellation & told me that she want to come but she couldn't due to some unavoidable reasons but she didn't reschedule the date.
last week i told her that i have sleep less nights due to some reasons & she insist me to tell the reason & she desperately want to know the reason. i told her that i will tell you some day. now she is telling me that OK i will eagerly wait for that day
Now i am totally Confused about her behavior. if she is not interested in me why she want to know what i am thinking ( I think she know what i am thinking ) & if she is interested why she didn't reschedule the cancel date

grow a set, tell her your like her and want to date. if she says ill let you know she will never let you know. call the bitch out and tell her like it is man. this hiding your feeling of your crush is gonna get your hurt more. go after what you want, not stay up and no sleep at night over it.

talk daily....yeah your basicly on the friends list to her.
