Click on forum up the top left. Then click on one of the individual forums such as "love advice forum" and then at the top left it will say "post a thread". After you have typed out what you need to say and submitted it-it may take time to become active. Normally it activates straight away but sometimes its a little slow.
"Don't ask a question if you can't handle the answer".
