2nd date - would this impress her?

She's coming to my place for lunch on Sunday. Would the following meal impress her?

Starter - individual asparagus quiche (home grown asparagus, eggs from my own hens)

Main course - a buffet including home smoked home grown chicken, home smoked trout, home smoked mackerel fillets, various salads, home made bread, home made mayo and dressings

Dessert - Home made chocolate mousse
Followed by cheese and biscuits

Ah yes but you have to remember that here in France eating well is part of our culture - we are quite passionate about food. And I can cook stuff better than you'd get in most restaurants.
