    Suggestion For my Practical Tomorrow

Briefly i am currently in school for surgical technology and im in the final two days & then i go off to do my externship. My final today will be multiple choice about 235? ( I can deal with that) My problem is tomorrow i do my hands on in the lab... i have to pass the knife in exactly 30 min. In my last class i kinda choked but it wasnt a pass or fail thing i got an 80.
I know my stuff but i tend to get myself so worked up that i freak out, i panic!
Does anyone have any suggestions? Meditation or something. ne ways thanks for reading. My practical is tomorrow!

I suggest praying, azulita. No matter what the faith..but if you have one go to that Church or whatever you call the building you happen to worship in, and do some praying..some hard praying. Where you're like in a conversation with the Higher Power. I guarantee it'll bring you some peace.

Can you read spanish? I'll have to send you this cool little prayer book called "Los 15 Minutos de Oracion" or something like that. They're pretty cool..easy to understand and it does a good job calming you down. It's well written.

But this will have to wait until I go to Chihuahua again and get one.

Blue, I'm happy for you. Sounds like you don't need any of us. You kick ass on your own.

Oh, and another thing...you distribute your love too freely! Don't love us so damn much..at least not raverboy.

we learned this in my public speaking class.....when you get all nervous and shaky in the final few minutes b4 it is your turn to go do this excerise. Where ever you are sitting just start clenching up all of your muscles, keep them tight for a few secs, and then release. Keep repeating this. It helps get rid of all the adreneline that your body has just produced, or some chemical like that. all i know is it really worked for me with all my speeches, and maybe it can work for you too! Good luck babe, i know you will do great!

I think a glass of wine would definitely calm your nerves...

I think you'll do great regardless!
    Best of luck!
