actually this forum is too sum it all up.. how everyone gets their daily carbo intake.
me, i don't really eat rice all that much. i tend to eat a lot of bread, noodles, and a shit load of potato chips.

I like rice, but if its mixed with something...I really don't eat it straight.

True, but you can control that in some ways if you cook it on your own. I only do this a few times lol, takes awhile lol. I usually just go out for it.
