Do guys tell his guyfriends about his girl problems?

I'm just wondering if two guys are very close friends...do they tell each other their relationship or girl problems? Or is that too embarrassing?

Yeh they do. Though, a lot of is just venting just like when women do.

I know everything about my best friend's girlfriend. Everything.

I think they do. I know my bf's friend had a lengthy talk to him after he broke up with his long term girlfriend. I just think they tend to share their feelings less than girls - their venting seems more fact based.

I think it depends on the guy. None of the men I've dated were the sort to vent to another guy. Not about relationships, anyway.
Second thoughts can generally be amended with judicious action; injudicious actions can seldom be recovered with second thoughts.

I kinda agree...I'm not one to talk about a relationship with a guy friend. Unless it's something serious, like a breakup.

Well, I suppose if one views all males as potential rivals, even friends, (esp if they also know the girl?) I suppose its wiser to NOT reveal when there are problems?

Women don't generally have this problem. Its uncommon for a woman to 'move in' on a girlfriends man if there are issues. She is more likely to side with her friend & want to 'fix' the man. I think *some* men can be a bit more predatory that way.

If I'd ever share my relationship problems it'd be to a girl as a friend rather than a guy. Just prefer it, different perspective and I'm more comfortable with it.

I have a hard time sharing personal things like that with other people. That's why I come here for advice on the subject. Sometimes I tell my buddies though. Usually it comes right back around and bites me in the ass *cough cough icy hot slut*

I guess I do...but my friends seem interested in it when I don't want to talk about it and not interested when I do want to talk about it...

I don't trust all my friends so I do have some collateral for a few who are untrusthworthy and know some of my secrets so I can scare them out of saying anything, though most are quite fine...

I can't remember any of my guy friends venting their troubles about their girlfriends, but of my close circle of friends at college none have girlfriends so that would make sense

You only share it with close buddies, and know that their input will be useful or that they don't mind talking about the subject.
I personally wouldn't mind helping with their problems, plus I can learn stuff from them too.
