Start something based on wrong reasons?

ok, so there's this girl...
she openly says how she likes me, and I'm affraid i cant say the same at this moment... dont get me wrong, we had a great time last night, talked for hours, laughed etc... but i dont feel any chemistry...
so the fact that I never had a girlfriend keeps me the most in this story. i would like to have one, and give her a chance, a chance that maybe soon i'll get into her.
i think the biggest problem is that she got some weights in last few monts... all the pictures I saw of her, are skinny and beautiful, and then this chubby girl came and I was a little schocked... she has some health problems, and because of that she got those extra pounds...


so basicly. what should I do? should I give her a chance because:
i would like to start a relationship with someone (not because of sex, it's not like that at all, i would just wanted to see how is that and get some exp.), i have a great communication with her, she likes me, i think i may feel something soon
or I shouldn't because:
i dont find her actractive, it's wrong to play with someones feelings

If you're not passionately attracted to someone, you won't be happy long term and it would only work if you forced it to. Nothing more to be said.
