I know how you have to chase women sometimes.

I don't really agree with this, but if there is ever a time where you should chase a woman, it's when she's showing very clear, unmistakable signs that she wants you to chase her. This girl won't even talk to you. The only thing that's giving you hope is some vague stuff she's posted on Facebook. That is nothing. In order for there to be even the tiniest bit of something, she would have to actually communicate with you directly, in a positive way.

Look:

Pursuing a girl who wants it = a playful chase.
Pursuing a girl who does not want it = borderline stalking.

She has turned you down and does not respond when you talk to her. It's safe to say that she does not want it.
