If you are attractive yes he is interested if not, then no. You should just kiss him one night or try and sleep with him. Then you will know by how he acts if he likes you or not.

He sounds like one of those guys that is gonna wait another 2 months before making a move. You might as well make the first move.

Hard to say. Ask him what he's doing next weekend or mention you and some friends might be out at a certain place and say he should stop by. Its hard when you're shy but you gotta be brave sometimes.
