    mixed signals

I asked my ex to give me at least a week of no contact and she keeps violating that by making contact and she is the one who broke up with me. She tells me she is over it but she goes on facebook and put things like riding solo or someone beginning is someone others beginning end on knows i will see it on my news feed. She also says I love you and dont want to hurt that is why i am crying. I just feel like she has to know that is going to hurt me and if your over it why keep contact and expressing how over it. Is this mix signals or am i reading to much into it?

Sounds more like shes advertising herself that shes single rather than trying to rub it in your face. If you want to heal faster you need to block her from facebook and not reply to ANYTHING she sends you.

Sounds like she is trying to reassure herself it is over. Block her on Facebook, don't respond to her texts, just completely drop off the planet.
Some people are drains and some are radiators... Keep clear of the drains and hug the radiators!
