I have known this gal for over 4 years. She lives in another part of the world. We have been trading emails and talking on the phone through the years and have not met each other in person yet. Deep down inside of me, I don't think things will work out due to the long distance between us. My question is:
How do I forget someone whom I never met?

How to forget a person...
To laugh is to risk appearing a fool.
To weep is to risk appearing sentimental.
To reach out for another is to risk involvement.
To expose feelings is to risk rejection.

I don't think I can move on when I have never met someone that possess all the characteristics of the person I so desire: Good family- (our family knows each other very well), educated, wealthy, loyal, broad-minded, travelling half of the globe, compatibility, sacrificing, kind-hearted (not selfish at all.)

I've made up my mind and have decided that I will go visit her at the end of this year. This will help me bring closure to this relationship. It might turn out good or bad. I'll just have to wait and see what happens.
