    Good Horror Movies?

Can anyone give me a list of good/recent horror movies?
I will do my best to reply with an educated, humble and honest answer. Ultimately, it is up to you whether you want to listen to my advice or ignore it completely. Sometimes, my advice may be wrong; occasionally, it will be right. Regardless, I want to do my best to give people answers they are seeking.

I liked The Descent. UK movie about a group of girls who go spelunking in an unknown cave and end up hunted by creatures who want to eat their flesh. Gory and creepy. I can't think of anything else new that was all that good in the horror genre.
God, so atrocious in the Old Testament, so attractive in the New--the Jekyl and Hyde of sacred romance.

if you want awesome horror you should watch anime or just Japanese movies in general. a lot of the recent American horrors movies are just bad remakes of old Japanese horror. Japs know how to do sick and twisted hehe.

Oooo yeah, this one WAS pretty creepy. If you're really into gore, Wrong Turn and Jeepers Creepers are also quite disturbing.

Yes I watched it and I was gonna mention it.

It's not scary, but it is ****ed the **** up....Double the badwords to hopefully get you to understand how ****ed up it is.

That chick is crazy...I'd watch it again.

I have never seen a twist like this in any horror film I have seen so far. It has given me hope in horror movies.

Død Snø! Go watch this. NOW. If, like me, you feel that the Evil Dead movies and Shaun of the Dead are pinnacles of Western cinema, you have got to see this. Hilarious zombie-Nazi movie. Granted it's a Norwegian film, but it's damn awesome all the same. I don't think it's out yet in the States. When it does turn up WATCH IT!
