Are you Cocky or Confidant?

I am not cocky or arrogant, I am just very confidant and know what i want in life,It takes guts to stand up in a crowd or approach a new person. Its all about taking risks and trying new things. With that said amen to ambition and amen to all those who are confidant. Dont let Cocky and Confident even be in the same ball park. Its always a shame too see people judge with association and talk before enunciation. Get to know the person and dig deep to find what they are passionate about. Love is so vital and lets not forget that Jesus loves the world and those who populate it. With that said Confidence mixed with Love brings out a strong person..thus Cockiness and pride brings a weak and lonely person.


What are some other views on this subject Agree or Disagree ?
I have heard some women say they like a little cockiness and bad boy image mixed in there. Explain!

There's a line between confidence and cockiness. Women who like confidence and assertiveness don't necessarily like cockiness.

I'm confident, most of the time. I absolutely abhor cockiness, in either men or women. It's really a nasty personality trait.

Cockiness, as I've said more than a few times, is just overcompensation for insecurity anyhow.

We had a Christian come to our door last week toting his bible & we were happy to chat. After about 30 minutes & he left confused about his faith. We kept asking him *why* he believed in Jesus & the bible. Harry Potter is a book & yet he didn't seem to believe in magic. He tried all the same arguments (heaven, soul, God, etc) but couldn't wrap his brain around the fact that we set a clear line b/t *his* belief & how it wasn't ours. "That's what YOU believe"... "What?? You don't believe in Heaven?".... "No, I don't".... "Oh...well it says in the Bible"... "Well, it says in Harry Potter that magic exists...".

He left us a nice bookmark in our mailbox about God's Love the next day.
