Is it wrong for a 32 year old man to be with a 21 year old woman?

They are both adults so no I wouldnt say it is "wrong" but they are probably both at a different place in their lives. Most 21 year olds are not ready to settle down, get married, have kids and many want to focus on study or their career. Id sat a 32 year old would be in a better place career wise and financially

Probably. Those are two very different points in life, and those two people are unlikely to have much in common aside from physical attraction. But it's possible. My girlfriend is 15 years younger than me, and we've been together for over nine years. It helped that we had some common interests and the same taste in music. Sometimes it's very frustrating watching her make the same kind of mistakes that I made when I was younger, but she has gotten better in recent years.
