Also need advice on a girl I know at work. I am 42 she is mid thirties. My friend asked her y she doesnt go out with me, She told him I was to old. Im not sure if she was joking or not. The reason I say this is because she flirts constantly with me. sprays me with perfume and wants me to chase her down the hall. she smiles and jokes alot with me. so i dnt know if she is just a flirt or she wants more. she did just break off a engagement a month ago
so I need advice please...

I like your facial hair. You don't look gangster in any way (not to me anyways). I don't think the girl called you old because of how you look. I think it refers specifically to your age. You can't change your age regardless of how you look. If she thinks you are too old for her then accept that.
