hi everyone. please post some good classical music. trying to listen to it as much as possible. please no beethoven. not that i don't love him, but his music can be a little jarring.

You could also watch some old Disney`s movies like `Cinderella` or `Beauty and the Beast`. They are full of beautiful, calming music. Like this one

I'm sorry, but my favorite classical composition IS Beethoven, but it isn't at all jarring. It's pretty melancholy though.

Oooh, Indi, the Pavane is one of my favorite pieces. It's so achingly beautiful.
I'm trying to remember the name of a piece we played in orchestra... but in the meantime, Barber's Adagio for Strings is also beautiful (the first few dozens times you hear it, at least!)
