Hi guys, looking for your take on a situation i've just landed myself in.

Basically there's a girl in work who i've liked for a few weeks now. So tonight when we were finishing for the day I finally plucked up the courage to ask her if she wanted to go for a drink or something one night this week.

She said that she wasn't sure what she was doing this week. Before she could say anything else I said she could let me know.

Im pretty sure she was just trying to let me down gently but dont wanna make a fool of myself. Been out the dating game for a while so im a bit unsure.

What do you guys think? I may have caught her a bit off guard but dont really know??

Just keep on trying, time will come she will notice your presence.
Talk to her even at working hours not for a long time...,do something that could make her happy and laugh for a quite time. Stress her out from working loads, give her e_card,s gifts, flowers or even a coffee that will do.

play it cool....too much asking will definitely turn her off...also work romances are very risky....she may be thinkin that or maybe she's not interested either way PLAY it cool...its her turn to make the next effort if she's really interested

OP, sorry to tell you but she's not interested. Her response means she wants to keep her options open in case her friends or a guy she likes want to go out.
