If you really start going that far of course the temptation is going to be there to have sex. Me and my girlfriend have gone to oral, but I know for a fact we will not go any farther. Oral at first takes some getting used to. She had already done it so she had no problem when we first started doing it. IMO, oral sex is sex. Any time you have genital contact, it's sex. By engaging in oral, fingering, handjobs, etc., you're having sexual contact even if penetration never occurs.
