Wondering!?

I work in a restaurant setting and one of my coworkers(of which I am attracted to) flirts with me a lot-now I am confused about the situation because all of us flirt constantly-part of the territory. He does something different, though, which he doesn't do to others (I asked around), sometimes when he talks to me he will hold my face or cup my chin and look me in the eye, I need to have some insight into this. He does other, playful things too, teasing, poking, pulling on my ponytail. We are not teenagers either, both past our 40's. Just trying to make sure how a guy thinks! Thanks!
