No, you don't need to know what's going on in hour head.
In fact you've already crossed some big big lines. He's touched you inappropriately and you're leading him to believe something is goona happen I suggest you never, ever see that DR again. And be "happily" married.

Just from the idea I get from the replies, if a doctor did something inappropriate report him to the medical board in your state. He probably won't get arrested or anything but can and hopefully would lose his medical license. Keep in mind that same doctor could be seeing teenage girls that don't understand what he's doing/are too afraid to stop him/etc. You really should report him if he touched you in a way you even thought was inappropriate. If it was at a hospital or large clinic, you can report it to the head of the department or sometimes they even have a human resources person.
Obviously the original post was edited so this is just presumption.
