well you broke up with each other for a reason..... if it were meant to be then it wouldnt have resulted in a break up.
obviously it seems like someone here is messing the other one around. you should be the one to make the first move otherwise for a guy itll sound like he is a predetor or a freak or whatever silly things people say these days.

you either want him, or you dont - its as simple as that but remember that if you do get back, that it may end up resulting on what happened last time - is that something you want to go through again if it happens just like that or even worse than last time??

If he had an interest, do you really think he'd let 3 weeks go by and without so much as a call or text?

I think he came looking for a 'booty call', (as most exes do)....didn't get it......hence no more reason to stick around
