has any one used a suppository contraception are they effective

I did depo shots and normal baby pills. Each of them have some good and bad sides. I can tell You what happened to me but if You want to take some, You should really rather talk to Your doctor than to others. Besides each body is different ,and if for somebody it worked good ,for You might be bad and vice versa.
It's always the best to ask doctors as they have more knowledge about the pills and of course about Your body.
