Making Plans/Date With a Girl

I'm trying to go out with this girl and I need a little advice.

We went out to dinner friday evening. I wouldn't call it a date, but more of a getting reacquainted get together. Decided that I do want to see this girl some more so before we parted ways for the dinner I asked her when I will get to see her again. She told me she has monday to wednesday off so I'm thinking that if I ask her out for one of those nights it will most likely happen.

I'm just not sure as to when to ask her out. I want to see if she'll go to lunch with me tomorrow, and then after that get some drinks and chill on the patio of a local pub.

Should I call her tonight and make the plans for tomorrow tonight, or is it better to call her tomorrow and try to make plans for the day?

Which would you prefer?

Think of options for both. Call her, and propose both options, see which she wants to go for.

No point over-analysing too much. Just make plans you'll both enjoy and ... enjoy.

I would like it if it were a date, but really I just want to spend time with this girl.

I'm really just trying to figure out when exactly the best time to call her is. The night before, or the day of?

I want things to work out with this girl. I've made mistakes in the past that I'm just trying to avoid and I need help haha. I'm pretty sure she likes me, I just don't want to overdo it.
