Helloooo all you Love Forum people. Just a little update from me since I haven't posted in a while. So I have some big news...ready?
My new(ish) boyfriend and and I have moved in together. I know alot of you might think it was too fast (we've only known each other for 3 months...I'm 37 and he's 32), but I really wanted to and he really wanted to so we said "wtf, let's do it." Ok, so we're the same level of crazy, hehe. Some of my friends gave me shit about it, but most thought we seemed really made for each other and gave their blessing.
Anyway, not much else to tell about my life, besides the fact that I HATE my new job. However, I love my relationship, my new place, and am feeling pretty freaking happy in every other way. So THAT'S ok.
So what about you guys? What have I been missing here at LF?

i'm happy for you guys. i can't wait to see the new place. no plane tickets have been purchased yet but if history repeats itself we WILL make it up eventually.

You guys are definitely welcome to stay at the new place. There's so much room for houseguests and we have awesome neighbors who grill up a storm every weekend in the backyard. It's a major upgrade from the tiny studios we were both living in. Originally Posted by misombra

Yep...just in a different part. The rents are a whole lot cheaper here and the hood is a much less snooty. We already knew some of the people in the building so the whole place has a communal feel which is nice. Plus, we're just a few blocks away the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and the park. I don't think there has been much dirt lately.
Some old fart hit on some young chick. Somebody found out that his absolutely-perfect-in-every-way soulmate is probably cheating on him.
