i've been trying with the neti pot but the water won't go through. i've taken so many drugs it's not even funny. allergy pills, sinus pills, nyquil, dayquil, singulair sudafed, etc. etc.

all of that stuff didn't do shit!

i have some antibiotics now and some ocean spray. i'm feeling a bit better but i think it's because i'm in denial.

thank god for friends in high places cause i ain't got insurance.

i have started to drink it to build up my immunity before summer comes coz i suffer from hayfever really bad, it usually takes a couple of weeks to build it up, try it, it worked for me last summer you should be able to buy it in any health food shop
