And take you're time. You have to sort of pre-"stretch" it out before going down that road all the way. Start with one finger, then two, then three, etc. until you think it's ready for the main course. That way it'll be prepared and a little more forgiving than just ramming it in there (which, I think, would hurt A LOT MORE than if you took your time.)
